If there are not 12 qualified rides, all remaining positions will be filled by random draw. If the 12th contestant is tied going into the final round, the tie will be broken by the back judge. If he cannot break the tie, all tied contestants will draw chips to see who advances to finals. QUALIFICATIONS: - 100% 2023 X-bulls standings as of Aug. 28, 2023. No exemptions. If a contestant is placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event that conflicts (same day as) with the Ellensburg XBulls event, he can be drawn out of the conflicting rodeo as long as he notifies PROCOM by 12:00 noon on Wed., Aug. 30,2023.
