contestants. ALL EVENTS - A contestant may compete on an animal in the Semi-finals or the Finals that he previously competed on in the Quarter Finals or the Qualifying Round. ALL CONTESTANTS - Parking passes will be issued for the day of competition to all contestants. Please check with the rodeo office for other local accommodations with stalls and camping facilities or for circumstances necessary for extended parking. ADDITIONAL EXEMPTIONS - 2017-2019 Cheyenne winners for the events entered. 2017-2019 Cheyenne All Around Champions (only in the events in which they competed). Any past World Champions or three time NFR Qualifiers in that respective event will be exempt from qualifications. QUALIFICATIONS : BB, SB - 72 minimum entries. No compensation. No slack. 80% top money, 20% top circuit. All additional exemptions from qualification include 2017-2019 Cheyenne BB and SB Champions (only in the event in which they were champions). FORMAT: BB, SB - All 72 contestants will compete during the Quarter Finals Performances on July 24-29 (12 per performance). The contestant with the 4 highest scores (plus splits) will advance to the Semi Finals Performances (the 7th and 8th performances on July 30 and 31). If there are less than 4 qualified rides in a Quarter Finals Performance, the next highest scores in the other Quarter Finals Performances will advance. If there are less than 24 contestants with qualified rides to fill the Semi Finals Performances, the committee will have the option to fill the Semi Finals (not to exceed 24) based on a random draw by the judges from the contestants who competed and did not have a qualified ride. The contestants with the 6 highest scores from the Semi Finals Performances (plus splits) will advance to the Finals on Sunday, Aug. 1 If there are less than 6 qualified rides in one of the Semi Finals Performances, the contestant with the highest score from the other Semi Finals will advance. If there are less than 12 qualified rides in the Semi Finals Performance to fill the Finals, the contestants with the highest scores in the Quarter Finals who are already not qualified will advance. BB , SB - Placement procedure for Semi- Finals: First place and third place from performances 1, 3, and 5 and second place and fourth place from performances 2, 4, and 6 will compete in the 7th performance. Second place and fourth place from performances 1, 3, and 5 and first place and third place from performances 2, 4 and 6 will compete in the 8th performance. If placings are tied, a random draw will break the ties. Contestants will be allowed to trade in the Semi-Finals up to 5 PM on the day prior to the 7th performance. QUALIFICATIONS: BR - 60 minimum entries. No compensation. No slack. 70% top money, 30% top circuit. Additional exemptions from qualification include 2017-2019 Cheyenne Bull Riding Champions (only in the event in which they were champions). FORMAT: BR - All 60 contestant will compete two times, back to back, performance to performance, during the Quarter Finals Performances, July 24- 29 (3 sets of 20 contestants competing in the 1st and 2nd perfs, the 3rd and 4th perfs, or the 5th and 6th perfs). The contestants with the 6 highest scores (plus splits) will advance to the Semi Finals Performances (7th and 8th performances on July 30 and 31). If a contestant qualifies among the top 6 in both of his first and second go-round performances, he will advance based on his highest placing and the contestant with the next highest score in either of the two performances who has not already qualified will advance. If there are less than 36 contestants to fill the Semi Finals

Performances, the committee will have the option to fill the Semi Finals (not to exceed 36) based on a random draw by the judges from the contestants who competed and did not have a qualified ride. The contestants with the highest 6 scores from the Semi Finals Performances will advance to the Finals on Sunday, Aug. 1. If there are less than 6 qualified rides in one of the Semi Finals Performances, the contestant with the highest score from the other Semi Finals Performance who has not already qualified will advance. If there are less than 12 qualified rides in the Semi Finals Performances to fill the Finals, the contestants with the highest scores in the Quarter Finals who are not already qualified will advance to the Finals. All ties for the last position in the Finals will be accepted. BR - Placement procedure for the Semi- Finals: First place, third place, and fifth place from performances 1, 3 and 5 and second place, fourth place, and sixth place from performances 2, 4 and 6 will compete in the 7th performance. Second place, fourth place, and sixth place from performances 1, 3, and 5, and first place, third place, and fifth place from performances 2, 4, and 6 will compete in the 8th performance. Contestants will be able to trade in the Semi Finals up to 5 PM on the day prior to the 7th performance. ALL EVENTS - Since there is a pay-off every performance and contestants advance to the Semi- Finals or Finals from each performance or “back to back” group, moves due to qualifying for the finals at Nampa will not be allowed. All trades for the first 6 performances in the riding events and the qualifying round in the timed events will be made through PROCOM and must be confirmed by 5 PM the day prior to the performances. Trades for the Semi-Finals will be done through the rodeo secretary will be allowed up to 5 PM on the day before the first and second performance (to accommodate contestants who have qualified for the finals at Nampa). See the following sections titled “Trade Deadline for BB, SB, and BR” and “Timed Event Trades”. TRADE DEADLINE AND STOCK DRAW for BB, SB, and BR - The first trade deadline will be Friday, July 23 at 5 PM (the day prior to the first performance). There will also be a trade deadline at 5 PM the day prior to the 7th performance. Stock will be drawn each day for the next day. RE-RIDE ANIMALS - Will be used in the following order: 1.) Designated re- ride(s) for that performance, 2.) Available unused animals (notified turn- outs, doctor releases, and visible injuries) for that performance, 3.) Available unused animals (designated re- rides, notified and non-notified turn- outs, visible injures, and doctor releases) from previous performances. QUALIFICATIONS: TD, SW, TR - 144 minimum entries. 80% top money. 20% top circuit. The 2017-2019 Cheyenne Champions will be exempt from qualifications (only in the event in which they were champion). FORMAT: TD, SW, TR - 24 contestants (or teams) will compete in a qualifying round each morning prior to the Quarter Finals Performances, July 24- 29 (the first six performances). The contestants with the 12 fastest times (plus splits) from the qualifying round each morning will advance to the Quarter Finals Performance that same day. If there are less than 12 qualified times in a qualifying round, the committee has the option to fill the performance (not to exceed 12) by a random draw from the contestants in that set who did not have a qualified time. The remaining 12 that do not advance will run their second go- round as a consolation round immediately following the completion of the qualifying round. The contestants with the 4 fastest times (plus splits) from each Quarter Finals Performance will advance to the Semi Finals Performances (the 7th and 8th

random draw of entries with no money won. ALL EVENTS - The “walk-up replacement” policy will be in effect. See Rodeo Entry Information section of the business journal. ALL CONTESTANTS - Re-entries will be accepted for available positions on Fri., July 16 between 9 AM and 11 AM. See Rodeo Entry Information page of the business journal. TRADE DEADLINE - Fri., July 16 at 5 PM. All confirmed trades will be final and will be processed immediately after both involved parties have confirmed through PROCOM. SB CONTESTANTS - If a contestant is already entered in the SB event at the Cheyenne Frontier Days Rodeo, he will not be accepted as an entry for the Cheyenne Frontier Days Rookie Bronc Event. ALL CONTESTANTS - If a contestant’s first go- round needs to be moved due to qualifying for the finals at another PRCA rodeo, he will be moved to the next performance and will compete during the first SB section that day. He will compete on his second go-round animal during the same performance during the Rookie SB event as originally scheduled. If a contestant needs to be moved for his second go-round competition due to qualifying for a finals, he will be moved to the next performance and will compete during the Rookie SB event. Stock will be provided first by invited PRCA stock contractors and subsequently filled by non PRCA contractors. PRCA stock contractors will be given the first right of refusal. Stock contractor will be allowed to set five horses that will be drawn for contestants, and designate a re-ride that will be used if a re-ride is awarded on one of his animals in that performance. QUALIFICATIONS: 40 minimum entries. No compensation. Only permits accepted based on money won (as of 7 days prior to entry closing). Two go-rounds, back to back, perf to perf (no finals). STK.
