Contestants may check-in with or call the venue secretary no later than 1 hour prior to the performance to confirm their availability and desire to be an alternate. If selected, an alternate will assume the competition position of the contestant that he is replacing and if stock has been drawn, he will receive the stock drawn by that contestant. If a contestant turns-out (notified or non-notified) or VIR’s, he will be responsible to pay entry fees whether he is replaced or not. The alternate contestant will also be responsible to pay entry fees. Also, if a contestant turns-out of an X-Bulls event and is not replaced, he will receive a $250 fine (does not include DR’s and VIR’s). If a contestant properly doctor releases, he will not be responsible for entry fees, nor will the event be applied to his official rodeo count. STOCK DRAW: Stock will be drawn per the rule book. The event will count towards the official rodeo count for any contestant who turns-out after stock callbacks, whether that contestant is replaced or not. HONEST EFFORT - At any Division 1 Event, a contestant must make an honest effort to compete on his drawn stock. If in the opinion of the judge, the contestant has the opportunity to nod and does not, he will be disqualified and suspended for the next two Division 1 Events. The determination of the judges will be final. In addition to disqualification, the fine will progressively double for each reoccurring offense. RE-RIDES - After all replacements have been made, any remaining available animals that were notified as turned-out (includes DR’s and VIR’s) will be used as re-rides prior to using the designated re- ride(s). PAYOFF: 6% of the total purse is to be deducted prior to the payoff and sent in with the results. The payoff will be determined on the highest marked scores. ALL PERCENTAGES WILL BE DIVIDED ACCORDING TO THE RULEBOOK. NOTE: In order for money won in Xtreme Bulls Competition to count for the 2022 National Finals Rodeo or 2022 Rookie of the Year Standings, during the 2022 season, a contestant must have entered and competed at a minimum of forty (40) PRCA rodeos. Money won will count for PRCA World Standings and Xtreme Bulls Standings. It will not count for All Around standings, circuit standings or towards a circuit rodeo count.
