See Rodeo Entry Information page of the business journal. GRACE PERIOD - Will expire one hour after entries close. COMPETITION FORMAT - One go-round. Depending on the number of entries, there may be two go-rounds, back to back, same performance. ORDER OF SELECTION BR : 70% top money, 30% top circuit. CHECK-IN: Contestants must check-in or notify arena secretary 1 hour prior to the start of the event. Failure to do so may result in an alternate contestant being selected and allowed to compete. ALTERNATES: PROCOM will establish an alternate list, based on 2021 money won (as of 7 days prior to entry closing). Only contestants drawn out due to qualifications or conflicts will be selected as alternates. Contestants who are placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as the X- Bulls. Contestants who have originally entered and were eligible at time of entry may check-in with the venue secretary no later than 1 hour prior to the performance to confirm their availability and desire to be an alternate. If selected, an alternate will assume the competition position of the contestant that he is replacing and if stock has been drawn he will receive the stock drawn by that contestant. If a contestant turns-out (notified or non- notified) or VIR’s he will be responsible to pay entry fees whether he is replaced or not. The alternate contestant will not be responsible to pay entry fees. Also, if a BR contestant turns-out of an X-Bulls event and is not replaced, he will receive a $250 fine (does not include DR’s and VIR’s). RE- RIDES - After all replacements have been made, any remaining available animals that were notified as turned-out (including DR’s and VIR’s) will be used prior to using the designated re-ride(s). PAY-OFF: 6% of the total purse is to be deducted prior to the pay-off and sent in with the results. ALL PERCENTAGES WILL BE DIVIDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RULEBOOK. NOTE: In order for money won in Xtreme Bulls events to count for the 2021 National Finals Rodeo or the 2021 Rookie of The Year Standings, during the 2021 season, a contestant must have entered and competed at a minimum of forty (40) PRCA rodeos. Money won will count for PRCA World Standings and Xtreme Bulls Standings. It will not count for All Around standings, circuit standings or as a circuit rodeo count.
