have confirmed through PROCOM. ALL EVENTS - If a contestant notifies a turn-out prior to the 30-hour deadline for his competition time, turn-out fines will be waived, if and only if he is replaced. SLACK ORDER - Order will be TD, SW, TR. TE - If there are not enough contestants in the current year circuit money won category to fill the allotted circuit positions, the remaining positions will be filled with contestants from the previous year circuit money won category. TE - If a timed event animal escapes or a rerun is awarded for any other reason, the extra will be used. Only escaped animals return back into the herd. QUALIFICATIONS: BB & SB - 48 minimum entries. No compensation. No slack. BR - 60 minimum entries. No compensation. No slack. TD, SW , TR - 80 minimum entries (or teams). No compensation. Two go-rounds, back to back. The first go-round of each back to back group will be run during slack each day. The committee will have the option of designating two contestants (or teams) to compete during the performance for their second go- round. The committee must notify PROCOM which two contestants or teams are to be placed in the performances by 5 PM (Mountain Time) the day after the first go-round trade deadline. Also, the contestants with the top ten fastest times from the first go-round will be placed in the performance (slowest time will run first, fastest time will run last). The number of contestants placed in the performance will not exceed 10, unless either one or both of the committee designated contestants are not among the top ten from the first go- round (in this case the maximum could be 11 or 12). If the committee designated contestants are among the top 10, they will assume their position based on their first go- round time. If they are not among the top 10, they will run first in the performance (if neither of the two designated contestants are among the top 10, their positions will be based on the reverse order of their first go-round positions). If splits result in more than 10, a random draw will determine which contestants will compete in the performance and which will compete in the slack. The order of competition of ties from the first go- round will also be determined by random draw. If there are not 10 qualified times from the first go-round to fill the performance, the remaining positions will be filled by contestants based on the reverse order of their first go- round positions (only contestants who competed in the first go-round will be placed in the performance).
additional steers. The times that are recorded for the contestants’ competition runs at the Cheyenne Frontier Days will be used to determine the pay- off. Pay-off will only include the entry fees for the contestants who entered the Legacy Steer Roping through PROCOM. 6% will be held out of the total amount for the PRCA prior to the pay-off. Only the two go- rounds and the average after two go- rounds will be included in the pay-off for the Legacy Steer Roping. There will be no additional added money and since no additional animals will be run, there will be no additional stock charge or PROCOM charge. Money won in the Legacy Steer Roping will not count towards PRCA World Standings, circuit standings, All Around standings, or for money won qualifications. It will count towards qualifying for the Legacy Steer Roping Finals held in conjunction with the National Finals Steer Roping. (NFSR qualifiers will not be eligible for the Legacy Steer Roping Finals). STK.
