They must also be entered in the steer roping event at the Days of ‘76 Rodeo. To be eligible, a contestant must not have been an NFSR qualifier during the past 5 years. Permit members of all ages will also be eligible to enter. Contestants will pay an additional entry fee of $300. Contestants will not compete on any additional steers. The times that are recorded for the contestants’ competition runs at the Days of ‘76 Rodeo will be used to determine the pay-off. Payoff will only include the entry fees for the contestants who entered the Legacy Steer Roping through PROCOM. 6% will be held out of the total amount for the PRCA prior to the payoff. The three go-rounds and the average after three go-rounds will be included in the pay-off for the Legacy Steer Roping. There will be no additional added money and since no additional animals will be run, there will be no additional stock charge or PROCOM charge. Money won in the Legacy Steer Roping will not count towards PRCA World Standings, circuit standings, All Around standings, or for money won qualifications. It will count towards qualifying for the Legacy Steer Roping Finals held in conjunction with the National Finals Steer Roping. (NFSR qualifiers will not be eligible for the Legacy Steer Roping Finals). STK.
