CONTESTANT SELECTION FORMULA - 20% top circuit, 80% top money (circuit positions will be filled first.) No exemptions. ALL CONTESTANTS - A contestant will not be accepted as an entry at an X-Broncs Event if he has a “same performance” conflict at another PRCA rodeo or event as this X-Broncs Event. CHECK-IN - The check-in deadline for alternates to be considered as “walk-up replacements” at Xtreme Broncs Events is 1 hour prior to start of the event. STOCK DRAW: Stock will be drawn per the rulebook. The event will count towards the official rodeo count for any contestant that turns-out after stock callbacks, whether that contestant is replaced or not. Contestants who qualify for the finals may be requested by the committee to draw their own animal from a hat containing poker chips inscribed with animals’ numbers in the arena or other designated area prior to the finals. This determination may be based on production factors. PAY-OFF - 6% of total purse is to be deducted prior to the pay-off and sent in with results. Of the remaining purse 30% of the total purse will be allocated to the long go-round, pays 8 places. 20% of the total purse will be allocated to the final go-round, pays 6 places. 50% of the total purse will be allocated to the average, pays 8 places.
