SB, BB, BR - Maximum 48 contestants. If more than 48 contestants entered blended CPRA/PRCA standing as of July 5, 2021 top 50 will be used to determine draw outs. If the qualifications are not filled by contestants with dollars won leaving open positions; the remaining openings will be filled by a random draw of card holders then semi-pro card holders. If there are still open positions, all remaining openings will be filled by a random draw of permit holders. SW, TDR, TR - Maximum of 75 contestants. If more than 75 contestants entered blended CPRA/ PRCA standing as of July 5, 2021 top 50 will be used to determine draw outs. GROUND RULES: Contestants who choose to enter the Legacy Steer Roping event must be at least 50 years old at the time of entry closing. They must also be entered in the steer roping event at the Wilson County Fair Association PRCA Rodeo. To be eligible, the contestant must be a card member (no permits) Contestants will pay entry fees of $200. Contestants will not compete on any additional steers. The times that are recorded for the contestants’ competition runs at the Wilson County Fair Association PRCA Rodeo will be used to determine the pay-off. Pay-off will only include the entry fees for the contestants who entered the Legacy Steer Roping through PROCOM. 6% will be held out of the total amount for the PRCA prior to the pay-off. Only the two go- rounds and the average after two go- rounds will be included in the pay-off for the Legacy Steer Roping. There will be no additional added money and since no additional animals will be run, there will be no additional stock charge or PROCOM charge. Money won in the Legacy Steer Roping will not count towards PRCA World Standings, circuit standings, All Around standings, or for money won qualifications. It will count towards qualifying for the Legacy Steer Roping Finals held in conjunction with the National Finals Steer Roping. (NFSR qualifiers will not be eligible for the Legacy Steer Roping Finals). STK. SLACK - Will begin with the completion of the first run of the cattle in all of the timed events, followed by barrel racing slack. The remainder off the timed event slack will follow the barrel racing slack. BB & SB - Events may be combined or may have two sections depending on number of entries. BR - 40 minimum entries. No compensation. No slack. TD, SW, TR - 40 minimum entries. All circuit entries with circuit money won will be accepted first. If there are positions remaining, a random draw of all circuit entries (card and permit members) with no money won will be accepted. If there are still remaining positions, they will be filled based on money won qualifications (see R1.2.15.1 and R1.2.15.2).
