GROUND RULES: Contestants who choose to enter the Legacy Steer Roping event must be at least 50 years old or a permit member at the time of entry closing. They must also be entered in the steer roping event at the Wyoming State Fair & Rodeo. To be eligible, the contestant must not have been an NFSR qualifier during the past three years. Permit members of all ages will be eligible to enter. Contestants will pay an additional entry fees of $200. Contestants will not compete on any additional steers. The times that are recorded for the contestants’ competition runs at the Wyoming State Fair & Rodeo will be used to determine the pay-off. Pay-off will only include the entry fees for the contestants who entered the Legacy Steer Roping through PROCOM. 6% will be held out of
