SPECIAL ENTRY FEES: SR-$850 PERMITS: SR GROUND RULES: GRACE PERIOD - Will expire one hour after the entries close . SR - 4 go-rounds plus a top 18 progressive round. The first three go- rounds will be run on May 11. The fourth go-round and the progressive will be run on May 12. $60 stock charge per go-round. Contestants who qualify for the progressive go round will be charged an additional $60 stock charge. Extras will be used to replace sick or injured animals. The misdraw procedure will not be used. ALL CONTESTANTS - Only the first 3 animals in each go-round will be required to run in drawn order. Electric eye barrier may be used. Contestants may start from either box. Contestants are required to go to a minimum of 15 PRCA rodeos for the money won at this event to count towards 2024 World standings or the 2024 Rookie of the Year standings. Money will count towards circuit standings and this event will be applied towards a circuit count. Money won at this event will not count toward All Around standings. STK. They must also be entered in the steer roping event at the Roping Ross Memorial Steer Roping event. To be eligible, the contestant must not have been an NFSR qualifier during the past three years. Permit members of all ages will also be eligible to enter. Contestants will pay additional entry fees of $400. Contestants will not compete on any additional steers. The times that are recorded for the contestant’s competition runs at the Ron Ross Memorial Steer Roping event will be used to determine the pay-off. Pay-off will only include the entry fees for the contestants who entered the Legacy Steer Roping through PROCOM. 6% will be held out of the total amount for the PRCA prior to the pay-off. Only the four go-rounds and the average after four go-rounds will be included in the pay-off for the Legacy Steer Roping. There will be no additional added money and since no additional animals will be run, there will be no additional stock charge of PROCOM charge. Money won in the Legacy Steer Roping will not count towards PRCA World Standings, circuit standings, All Around standings, or for money won qualifications. It will count only towards qualifying for the Legacy Steer Roping Finals held in conjunction with the National Finals Steer Roping. COMPETITION FORMAT - 40 minimum entries. (May be two go-rounds, back-to-back, same performance, depending on the number of entries). If two go-rounds, the number of entries accepted during the re-entry period will not exceed one half the original limit. QUALIFICATIONS: - 70% top money - 30% top circuit. No exemptions. A contestant will not be accepted as an entry at an X-Bulls Event if he is already placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as the X-Bulls Event. RE-RIDES: After all replacements have been made, any remaining available animals that were notified as turned-out (includes DR’s and VIR’s) will be used as re-rides prior to using the designated re ride(s).
