COMPETITION FORMAT: 30 minimum entries. One go-round with top 10 finals (will not exceed 10). (There may be the option of two go-rounds back-to-back, same performance with no finals depending on the number of entries at the committee’s request). If two go-rounds, the number of entries accepted during the re-entry period will not exceed 20 entries. If there are not 10 qualified rides, all remaining positions will be filled by random draw (by the judges). If the 10th contestant is tied going into the final round, the tie will be broken by the back judges. If he cannot break the tie, all tied contestants will draw chips to see who advances to the finals. QUALIFICATIONS: 100% top money. No exemptions. Original and a copy of the certificate of veterinary inspection issued within 30 days of the March 21 or after the Midwest Horse Fair & Rodeo if you are coming from a state other than WI or MN. If the above paperwork is not provided, the animal will not be allowed on the grounds and the contestant will not participate. STK.
