A contestant will not be accepted as an entry at an X-Bulls Event if he is already placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as the X-Bulls event. BR - If there are no qualified rides in the Bull Riding, the money in the pay- off will be carried over and added to the pay-off for the next rodeo in the series. STK. Stand Rodeo will be used to determine the pay- off. Pay-off will only include the entry fees for the contestants who entered the Legacy Steer Roping through PROCOM. 6% will be held out of the total amount for the PRCA prior to the pay-off. Only the two go-rounds and the average after two go-rounds will be included in the pay-off for the Legacy Steer Roping. There will be no additional added money and since no additional animals will be run, there will be no additional stock charge or PROCOM charge. Money won in the Legacy Steer Roping will not count towards PRCA World Standings, circuit standings, All Around standings, or for money won qualifications. It will count towards qualifying for the Legacy Steer Roping Finals held in conjunction with the National Finals Steer Roping. (NFSR qualifiers will not be eligible for the Legacy Steer Roping Finals). STK. If ties result in more than 8, a random draw by the judges will determine who advances (will not exceed 8). ALL CONTESTANTS - A contestant will not be accepted as an entry at this event if he is already placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event during the same performance as the event. PAY-OFF: 6% of total purse is to be deducted prior to the pay-off and sent in with results. Of the remaining amount, 60% will be allocated to the long go-round (pays 8 places) and 40% will be allocated to the finals (pays 4 places). There will be no average payoff. GROUND RULES: Contestants who choose to enter the Legacy Steer Roping event must be at least 50 years old or a permit member at the time of entry closing. They must also be entered in the steer roping event at the PRCA Last Stand Rodeo. To be eligible, the contestant must not have been an NFSR qualifier during the past three years. Permit members of all ages will also be eligible to enter. Contestants will pay entry fees of $200. Contestants will not compete on any additional steers. The times that are recorded for the contestants’ competition runs at the PRCA Last
