still tied, the tied contestant(s) with the highest ranking in the 2021 World Standings will advance. If a contestant does not accept advancement to the Riggin Rally due to injury in the Qualifying Performance or any other reason, the contestant with the next highest single score will advance. Six contestants will advance. FORMAT FOR THE RIGGIN RALLY: One go- round with a top 9 Finals. The 30 contestants will be placed into 3 sections with 10 contestants in each section. Contestants, who enter, based on their rankings in the 2021 World Standings will be placed in the section as follows: Section One: 1, 6, 7, 12, 13, 18, 19, 24, and 1st and 4th from the Qualifying Performance. Section Two: 2, 5, 8, 11, 14, 17, 20, 23, and 2nd and 5th from the Qualifying Performance. Section 3: 3, 4, 9, 10, 15, 16, 21, 22, and 3rd and 6th from the Qualifying Performance. Contestant’s rankings will be dependent on the contestants who enter. For example, if the contestant who is ranked 1st in the standings does not enter, and the contestant who is ranked 2nd does enter, the contestant who is ranked 2nd in the standings will fill the #1 position since he was the highest ranked contestant who actually entered. Pens of horses and re-rides will be set by the committee/stock contractor for each section in order and contestants will be drawn to the animals in that order by PROCOM. The top 3 contestants based on highest scores from each of the three sections will advance to the Finals. Splits in the sections will advance to the Finals not to exceed 12. If splits result in more than 12, the split associated with the lowest score will be excluded. Re-rides will be designated by committee/stock contractor. TURN-OUTS, DR’s, and VIR’s in the Riggin Rally on Sunday will be replaced by contestants from the alternate list. If the Qualifying Performance is one go- round, the order of the alternate list will be based on highest single scores in the Qualifying Performance. If the Qualifying Performance is two go-rounds or one go-round with a finals, the alternate list will be based on highest rankings in the average. Contestants who desire to be used as alternates must check in with the rodeo secretary no later than one hour prior to the start of the Riggin Rally. After the one-hour check in deadline, the alternates will be randomly drawn to the available positions. If stock has already been drawn, the alternate contestant will compete on the animal that has been drawn by the contestant that he is replacing. STOCK DRAW FOR THREE SECTIONS: There will be 12 horses set for each section with 10 contestants in each section. Each section will draw a number, one through ten. The order of the draw will correspond with the order on the judges’ sheets. The contestant who draws #1 will be the first to select an animal on which he will compete. Contestants will select their competition animals in order of the numbers that they draw. The two animals not selected will become the re-rides. A coin flip will determine which will be the first re- ride. This procedure will be followed for all three sections. The draft process will occur at 1 PM on Sunday, April 10. STOCK DRAW FOR THE FINALS: The buck order of the horses to be used in the Finals will be established prior to the stock draw. The draw order will be based on score in the long go-round. The contestant with the lowest score in the long go- round will draw last. If there are ties in the placings advancing to the Finals, a random draw will determine the order in which the tied contestants draw. The competition order will be based on pre- established buck order of the horses. ENTRY FEES: Entry fees for the 24 contestants who are originally accepted as entries for the Riggin Rally on April 10 will be $250 (plus $35

supplemental fee). Entry fees for contestants accepted as entries for the Qualifying Performance will be $100 (plus $35 supplemental fee). The contestants who advance from the Qualifying Performance to the Riggin Rally will not be required to pay any additional fees. PAYOFF for the Qualifying Performance on April 9: $2,500 (added purse) plus $4,000 entry fees (40 contestants times $100 entry fees) equals $6,500 minus $390 (6% to the PRCA) equals $6,110 to be included in the payout. A total of $25,690 will be allotted for the Finals. 6% (which is $2,310) will be held out for the PRCA. Each of the three sections will pay four places: $1,400 for 1st; $1,050 for 2nd; $700 for 3rd; and $350 for 4th. There will be no average payoff. The finals will pay 6 places. $10,000 for 1st, $5,852.37 for 2nd, $4,220.61 for 3rd, $2,808.51 for 4th, $1,631.76 for 5th, and $1,176.75 for 6th.
