Payoff will only include the entry fees for the contestant who entered the Legacy Steer Roping through PROCOM. 6% will be held out of the total amount for the PRCA prior to payoff. There will be no additional added money and since no additional animals will be run, there will be no additional stock charge or PROCOM charge. Money won in the Legacy Steer Roping will not count towards PRCA World Standings, circuit standings, All Around Standings, or for money won qualifications. It will count only towards qualifying for the Legacy Steer Roping Finals held in conjunction with the National Finals Steer Roping. Failure to do so will result in an alternate contestant being selected and allowed to compete. ALTERNATES: Alternates will be selected based on 2022 money won (as of 7 days prior to entry closings). Contestants who are placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as the Xtreme Bulls Event will not be eligible to be used as an alternate. Contestants may check- in with or call the venue secretary no later than 1 hour prior to the performance to confirm their availability and desire to be an alternate. If selected, an alternate will assume the competition position of the contestant that he is replacing and if stock has been drawn, he will receive the stock drawn by that contestant. If a contestant turns-out (notified or non- notified) or VIR’s he will be responsible to pay entry fees whether he is replaced or not. The alternate contestant will also be responsible to pay entry fees. Also, if a contestant turns-out of an X-Bulls event and is not replaced, he will receive a $250 fine (does not include DR’s and VIR’s). If a contestant properly doctor releases he will not be responsible for entry fees nor will the event be applied to his official rodeo count. RE-RIDES: After all replacements have been made, any remaining available animals that were notified as turned-out (includes DR’s and VIR’s) will be used as re-rides prior to using the designated re- ride(s). PAYOFF: 6% of the total purse is to be deducted prior to the payoff and sent in with the results. ALL PERCENTAGES WILL BE DIVIDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RULEBOOK. NOTE: In order for money won in Xtreme Bulls Competition to count for the 2022 National Finals Rodeo or 2022 Rookie of the Year Standings, during the 2022 season, a contestant must have entered and competed at a minimum of forty PRCA rodeos.
