that contestant. If a contestant turns-out (notified or non-notified) or V.I.R’s, he will be responsible to pay entry fees whether he is replaced or not. The alternate contestant will also be responsible to pay entry fees. Also, if a contestant turns-out of an X-Bulls event and is not replaced, he will receive a $250 fine (does not include DR’s and VIR’s). If a contestant properly doctor releases he will not be responsible for entry fees nor will the even be applied to his official rodeo count. RE-RIDES - After all replacements have been made, any remaining available animals that were notified as turned-out (includes DR’s and VIR’s) will be used prior to using the designated re-ride(s). PAYOFF - 6% of the total purse is to be deducted prior to the payoff and sent in with the results. Payoff will be determined on highest marked scores. ALL PERCENTAGES WILL BE DIVIDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RULEBOOK. NOTE - In order for money won in Xtreme Bulls competition to count for the 2022 National Finals Rodeo or the 2022 Rookie of the year Standings, during the 2022 season, a contestant must have entered and competed at a minimum of forty (40) PRCA rodeos. They must also be entered in the steer roping event at the Liberty Hill Fair and Rodeo. To be eligible, the contestant must not have been an NFSR qualifier during the past five years. Permit members of all ages will also be eligible to enter. Contestants will pay additional entry fees of $300. Contestants will not compete on any additional steers. The times that are recorded for the contestant’s competition runs at the Liberty Hill Fair and Rodeo will be used to determine the payoff. Payoff will only include the entry fees for the contestants who entered the Legacy Steer Roping through PROCOM. 6% will be held out of the total amount for the PRCA prior to the payoff. Only the four go-rounds and the average after four go-rounds will be included in the payoff for the Legacy Steer Roping. There will be no additional added money and since no additional animals will be run, there will be no additional stock charge of PROCOM charge. Money won in the Legacy Steer Roping will not count towards PRCA World Standings, circuit standings, All Around standings, or for money won qualifications. It will count only towards qualifying for the Legacy Steer Roping Finals held in conjunction with the National Finals Steer Roping.
