FORMAT: One go-round. The top 5 contestants based on highest scores will advance to the performance on May 20 at 7:00 PM. PAYOFF: In this event, there will be two separate payoffs. The first payoff will include $1,000 (of the $2,000 total added money) plus all the entry fees and will pay four places based on highest scores from everyone entered in the Qualifying Event/ Permit Section (includes card members, first year card members and permit members). The second payoff will include the other $1,000 (of the $2,000 total added money) and will pay four places based on highest scores from only the First-Year card members and the Permit members entered in the Qualifying Event/Permit Section. All placing percentages will be in accordance with the Rule Book. ALL CONTESTANTS - A contestant will not be accepted as an entry at this event if he is already placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event during the same performance time frame as this event. NOTE: Money won by Card Members at this event will count towards qualification for the 2022 National Finals Rodeo and the 2022 Rookie of the Year Standings as long as the contestant has entered and competed at a minimum of 40 PRCA rodeos during the 2022 rodeo year. Money won will not count towards Circuit Standings for card members. It will count for Circuit Standings for permit members. Money won at this event will not count for All Around Standings.
