CONTESTANTS WITH HORSES - Wisconsin Department of Agriculture requires all equine animals entering the grounds to have the following documentation to participate: 1. Original and a copy of the laboratory report of a negative equine infectious anemia (EIA) test conducted after April 21, 2023 which clearly identifies the equine animal by registration number, lip tattoo or a complete description of the equine animal. 2. Original and a copy of the certificate of veterinary inspection issued within 30 days of the March 21 or after the Midwest Horse Fair & Rodeo if you are coming from a state other than WI or MN. If the above paperwork is not provided, the animal will not be allowed on the grounds and the contestant will not participate. STK.
