QUALIFICATIONS: The two contestants with the highest scores in the permit section on May 17 will be accepted as entries and placed at this event (will not exceed two). If ties result in more than two to be accepted, a random draw by the judges will determine which of the tied contestants will be accepted. The remaining 30 positions will be filled based on 20% top circuit, 80 % top money (the circuit positions will be filled first). No exemptions. three years. Permit members of all ages will also be eligible to enter. Contestants will pay entry fees of $200. Contestants will not compete on any additional steers. The times that are recorded for the contestants’ competition runs at the Wilson County Fair Association PRCA Rodeo will be used to determine the pay-off. Pay-off will only include the entry fees for the contestants who entered the Legacy Steer Roping through PROCOM. 6% will be held out of the total amount for the PRCA prior to the pay-off. Only the two go- rounds and the average after two go- rounds will be included in the pay-off for the Legacy Steer Roping. There will be no additional added money and since no additional animals will be run, there will be no additional stock charge or PROCOM charge. Money won in the Legacy Steer Roping will not count towards PRCA World Standings, circuit standings, All Around standings, or for money won qualifications. It will count towards qualifying for the Legacy Steer Roping Finals held in conjunction with the National Finals Steer Roping. (NFSR qualifiers will not be eligible for the Legacy Steer Roping Finals). STK.
