Change B8.5.2 Barrelman . Barrelmen must be Financially Eligible and must have participated in at least eight PRCA approved rodeos in the Rodeo Year that they apply for the NFR position with a minimum of 20 total performances in order to participate at the NFR. For purposes of this Bylaw, rodeos at which a Barrelman works only in a slack shall not count towards the minimum number of rodeos or performances required to participate at the NFR. A Barrelman Member may not work at the NFR unless he has filed an application with the Director of Rodeo Administration in accordance with this Section B8.5.1. Applications for the Barrelman position to the NFR will be accepted by the Director of Rodeo Administration up to May 1 of the calendar year in which the NFR will be held. No later than October 15 (of the calendar year in which the NFR will be held) the top 20 bullriders and all Financially Eligible announcers and bullfighters that have participated in at least eight PRCA approved rodeos with the minimum of 20 total performances as stated in B8.5.1., may vote for one barrelman. The voting process will be administered by the PRCA for one full entry week. For the one full entry week following the first vote, the same bullriders, announcers and bullfighters will vote for one of the top five vote-getters in the Barrelman category. The Barrelman receiving the most votes will be the NFR Barrelman and the first runner-up will be the alternate Barrelman for the NFR. In the case of a tie, a vote will again be taken with the eligible list of announcers and bullfighters voting from October 25 up to 5:00 pm MST on October 30. Change R3.2.4.2 Submission of List of Riding Event Stock For a Particular Rodeo or Tour Rodeo With $5,000 or More Added Purse Money. Rodeos which add $5,000 or more purse money in a riding event at a PRCA-approved rodeo must have the list of riding event stock available for review by the Event Representative at the Central Entry Office at least 24 hours prior to stock call back for the event or events to which $5,000 or more purse money is added. Failure to submit this list by the prescribed time shall result in a $400 fine. (C. Johnson 03/23/) New R3.2.6.4 Setting Stock Pens for Xtreme Events. Must have 25% more stock than the number of stock needed in order to hold a competition. They must be available for screening and stock lists must be available for event reps at least 48 hours prior to stock draw for adequate screening time. (C. Johnson 03/23/) New R4.11.9 Replay Challenge. Any contestant in said event, up in that performance or set (if more than one performance) and whether or not they are the ride/run in question, may ask for a run/ride replay at rodeos with a purse of $50,000 added or larger (in every event). The challenge must be called prior to the next run/ride. If replay challenge is won, there will be no cost to contestant; however, if the call stands and is not overturned, the contestant who called the challenge will be billed $500 to their PRCA account. The replay judges ruling will be final and irrefutable.
