TRADE DEADLINE - Fri., March 4 at 5 PM. All confirmed trades will be final and will be processed immediately after both involved parties have confirmed through PROCOM. GRACE PERIOD - Will expire one hour after entries close. COMPETITION FORMAT - 80 minimum entries. One go-round. May be two go-rounds, back- to-back, same performance depending on the number of entries. If two go-rounds, the number of contestants accepted during the re-entry period will not exceed on half the original limit. IN ORDER OF SELECTION : 70% top money - 30% top circuit. NOTIFY PROCOM - Notification must be made at the time of entry if claiming an exemption from qualification. Anyone claiming an exemption must have entered and paid fees at a minimum of twenty (20) PRCA sanctioned rodeos held during the 2021 rodeo year, unless the contestant qualifies for a medical exemption. Contestants claiming medical exemptions must have been injured at least six (6) months during the 2021 rodeo year. Contestant must not have entered and paid fees at more than twenty (20) PRCA sanctioned rodeos held during the 2021 rodeo year. A letter from a licensed physician on doctor’s letterhead bearing the doctor’s name, address and phone number must be received by the PRCA National Office prior to entry opening. A contestant will not be accepted as an entry at an X-Bulls Event if he is already placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as the X-Bulls Event. CHECK-IN: Contestants must check-in or notify arena secretary 1 hour prior to the start of the event. Failure to do so will result in an alternate contestant being selected and allowed to compete. ALTERNATES: Alternates will be selected from a list established by PROCOM based on 2021 money won. (Only contestants that were drawn out due to qualifications or conflicts will be selected as alternates). A contestant who is placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as the Xtreme Bulls Event will not be eligible to be used as an alternate. Contestants who have originally entered and were eligible at time of entry may check-in with or call the venue secretary no later than 1 hour prior to the performance to confirm their availability and

TR PAYOFF: If one go-round and the total payout per man is $20,000 to $29,999, twelve places will be paid: (1st-14%; 2nd-13%; 3rd-12%; 4th-11%; 5th-10%; 6th-9%; 7th-8%; 8th-7%; 9th-6%; 10th- 5%; 11th-3%; 12th-2%.) If one go- round and the total payout per man is $30,000 or more, fifteen places will be paid: (1st-13%; 2nd-12%; 3rd-11%; 4th- 10%; 5th-9%; 6th-8%; 7th-7%, 8th-6%; 9th- 5.5%; 10th-5%; 11th-4%; 12th-3.5%; 13th-3%; 14th-2%; 15th-1%.)
