In SW, the top 15 from 2021 money won that enter and their buddy groups will only be allowed to trade with other contestants who were originally placed in the first 10 performances and the slacks after the 9th and 10th performances and will not be allowed to trade with contestants who were placed in the slacks on March 29th and 30th. TR - Only two loops allowed. TE - No extras will be run during the performances. ALL CONTESTANTS - If a contestant who qualifies for the finals notifies a turn-out, doctor’s release or visible injury release through PROCOM, the contestant with the next highest ranking in the average may be placed in that available position. (Non-notified TO’s and VIR’s after the turn-out deadline will not be replaced). If the next highest ranked contestant is not available to accept the positions, the next highest ranked contestant may be contacted and placed in that position. This procedure will be followed until all positions are filled. In the riding events, if an animal has already been drawn for a contestant who has turned-out, the replacement contestant will draw an animal from a pool consisting of all animals that have been turned-out (includes DR’s and VIR’s) and the first available designated re-ride. All confirmed trades will be final and will be processed immediately after both involved parties have confirmed through PROCOM. QUALIFICATIONS: BB, SB, BR - 24 minimum entries (12 per performance). contestant declines advancement to the bonus round, the contestant with the next highest score will advance (if the next highest score is tied, a flip of a coin will determine who advances). If there are 8 or less entries per performance at the time that the entries close, the committee has the option to cancel the event or have two go-rounds, back-to- back, same performance. If two go- rounds, the number of entries accepted during the re-entry period will not exceed one half the original limit. PAY-OFF: The long go-round will be paid off per the rulebook. $1,000 per performance will be held out of the total purse for the bonus round(s). Winner takes all in the bonus round(s). If there are no qualified rides in an event in the bonus round, $500 (of the $1,000) will be added back to the pay- off for the long go-round, and $500 will be split between the two qualifiers for the bonus round and will be considered ground money. STOCK DRAW: Stock will be drawn 3 hours prior to each performance by the judges. Re-rides and the re-ride order will be designated by the stock contractor. Any animal turned-out in a performance will automatically become the first re-ride prior to using the designated re-rides. If more than one animal is turned-out in a performance, a random draw will determine which animal will be the first re-ride. The bonus round stock will be designated by the stock contractor and no re-rides will be given during the bonus round. NOTE: In order for money won at this event to count for qualifying for the 2022 National Finals Rodeo or the 2022 Rookie of the Year Standings, a contestant must have entered and competed at a minimum of forty (40) PRCA rodeos during the 2022 rodeo year. Money won at this event will not count for All-Around Standings, circuit standings, or towards a circuit rodeo participation count. STK. The 12 fastest times from the first go-round will compete during the performance (slowest time will run first, fastest time will run last). If splits result in more than 12, a random draw will determine which contestants will compete in the performance (will not exceed 12) and which will compete in slack. The competition order of ties from the first go-round will also be determined by random draw. If there are not 12 qualified times from the first go-round to fill the performance,
