If ties result in more than 10, a random draw by the judges will determine which of the tied contestants will advance (not to exceed 10). QUALIFICATIONS: The two contestants with the highest scores in the permit section on May 19 will be accepted as entries and placed at this event (will not exceed two). If ties result in more than two to be accepted, a random draw by the judges will determine which of the tied contestants will be accepted. The remaining 30 positions will be filled based on 20% top circuit, 80 % top money (the circuit positions will be filled first). No exemptions.
