COMPETITION FORMAT: 30 minimum entries. One go-round with top 10 finals (will not exceed 10). (There may be the option of two go-rounds back-to-back, same performance with no finals depending on the number of entries at the committee’s request). If there are not 10 qualified rides, all remaining positions will be filled by random draw (by the judges). If the 10th contestant is tied going into the final round, the tie will be broken by the back judges. If he cannot break the tie, all tied contestants will draw chips to see who advances to the finals. QUALIFICATIONS: 70% top money, 30% top circuit. No exemptions. A contestant will not be accepted as an entry at an X-Bulls Event if he is already placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as the X-Bulls Event.
