GRACE PERIOD - Will expire one hour after entries close. COMPETITION FORMAT : 30 minimum entries. No compensation. No slack. One go-round with a Top 8 finals. If ties result in more than 8, a random draw by the judges will determine who advances (will not exceed 8). QUALIFICATIONS: 80% top money, 20% top circuit. No exemptions. ALL CONTESTANTS - A contestant will not be accepted as an entry at an X-Broncs Event if he is already placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event during the same performance as the X- Broncs Event. CHECK-IN: The check-in deadline for alternates to be considered as “walk-up replacements” at Xtreme Broncs Events is 1 hour prior to start of the event. STOCK DRAW: Stock will be drawn per the rulebook. The event will count towards the official rodeo count for any contestant that turns-out after stock callbacks, whether that contestant is replaced or not. PAY-OFF: 6% of total purse is to be deducted prior to the pay-off and sent in with results. Of the remaining purse 60% of the total purse will be allocated to the long go-round, pays 8 places, 40% of the total purse will be allocated to the final go-rounds, pays 4 places. There will be no average pay-off. ALL PERCENTAGES WILL BE DIVIDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH RULEBOOK.
