If 2 go-rounds the number of contestants accepted during the re-entry period will not exceed one half the original limit. CONTESTANT SELECTIONS FORMULAS DIV 2: - 70% top money, - 30% top circuit. NOTIFY PROCOM - Notification must be made at the time of entry if claiming an exemption from qualification. Anyone claiming an exemption must have entered and paid fees at a minimum of twenty (20) PRCA sanctioned rodeos held during the 2020 rodeo year, unless the contestant qualifies for a medical exemption. Contestants claiming medical exemptions must have been injured at least six (6) months during the 2020 rodeo year. Contestant must not have entered and paid fees at more than twenty (20) PRCA sanctioned rodeos or events held during the 2020 rodeo year. A letter from a licensed physician on doctor’s letterhead bearing the doctor’s name, address and phone number, must be received by the PRCA National Office prior to entry opening. A contestant will not be accepted as an entry at an X-Bulls Event if he is already placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as the X-Bulls Event. CHECK-IN - Contestants must check-in or notify arena secretary 1 hour prior to the start of the event. Failure to do so will result in an alternate contestant being selected and allowed to compete. ALTERNATES - Alternates will be selected based on 2021 money won (as of 7 days prior to entry closing). Only contestants that were drawn out due to qualifications or conflicts will be selected as alternates. Contestants who are placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as the Xtreme Bulls event will not be eligible to be used as an alternate. Contestants who have originally entered and were eligible at the time of entry may check-in with or call the venue secretary no later than 1 hour prior to the performance to confirm their availability and desire to be an alternate. If selected, an alternate will assume the competition position of the contestant that he is replacing and if stock has been drawn, he will receive the stock drawn by that contestant. If a contestant turns-out (notified or non- notified) or VIR’s he will be responsible to pay entry fees whether he is replaced or not. The alternate contestant will not be responsible to pay entry fees. Also, if a contestant turns-out of an X-Bulls event and is not replaced, he will receive a $250 fine (does not include DR’s and VIR’s). If a contestant properly doctors releases, he will not be responsible for entry fees nor will the event be applied to his official rodeo count. RE-RIDES - After all replacements have been made, any remaining available animals that were notified as turned-out (includes DR’s and VIR’s) will be used as re-rides prior to using the designated re- ride(s). PAY-OFF - 6% of the total purse is to be deducted prior to the pay-off and sent in with the results. Pay-off will be determined on highest marked scores. ALL PERCENTAGES WILL BE DIVIDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RULEBOOK. NOTE - In order for money won in Xtreme Bulls competition (including Division 2 qualifying events) to count for the 2021 National Finals Rodeo or the 2021 Rookie of the Year Standings, during the 2021 season, a contestant must have entered and competed at a minimum of forty (40) PRCA rodeos. Money won will count for PRCA World Standings and Xtreme Bulls Standings. It will not count for All Around standings, circuit standings or towards a circuit rodeo count. If splits result in more than 15, a random draw will determine which contestants will compete in the performance and which will compete in the slack. The order of competition of ties from the first go-round will also be determined by random draw. If there are not 15 qualified times from the first go-round, to fill the performance, the remaining positions will be filled by contestants based on the reverse order of their first go- round positions (only contestants who competed in the first go-round will be placed in the performance). The remaining contestants (not placed in the performance) will run their second go- round in slack immediately following the completion of the first go-round in reverse order of their original position. The order of the draw will be the same as the competition order . SR - Two go-rounds. The first go-round will be run as the first event in slack on June 25th at 11 AM. The second go-round will be run as the last slack event June 25th. (No SR will be run during the performances). Extras will be used to replace sick or injured animals. SCORE LENGTHS - TD - 14 feet, SW - 13 feet, SR - 15 feet, TR - 18 feet. The length of the roping box is approximately 50 feet. TD, SW, TR - Two go-rounds. Back to back. The first go-round of each back to back group will be run during slack each morning (11 AM on Thurs., Fri. and Sat.).
