The second draw will be no later than 72 hours prior to the start of the 9th performance. If a riding event animal is deemed inferior that animal will not be placed in any subsequent draw. If an animal is in a draw and scheduled to come back again that same draw, that inferior animal will be replaced and the contestant will be drawn a re-ride from any available eligible animals. RE - Re-ride animals will be used in the following order: 1. Designated re-ride(s) for that performance. 2. Available unused animals (due to notified TO’s, VIR’s, and DR’s) for that performance. 3. The first two go-rounds and the finals will pay 8 places in accordance with the rulebook. The three progressive performances will each pay 4 places. If there are less than 4 qualified rides or times in a progressive performance, the amount allotted for the remaining places will be divided evenly among the contestants who did have a qualified time, and will be considered ground money (see R5.5.3). If there are less than 8

World standings, PRCA Xtreme Bulls standings, and PRCA Rookie of the Year standings provided that the contestant entered and competed in a minimum of 40 PRCA rodeos. TURN-OUT/ALTERNATES: Contestants who have originally entered and were eligible at time of entry but were drawn out will be added to an alternate list. These contestants will be notified of any turn- outs or doctor releases and be given the option of re-entry up to the turn out deadline 3 hours prior to rodeo performance. In the rough stock an alternate will assume the competition position of the contestant that he is replacing, and they will draw stock from a pool of animals consisting of all turned out stock and all re-ride stock for that performance. WALK-UP REPLACEMENTS: Contestants who have originally entered and were eligible at time of entry may, in person, check with the rodeo secretary no later than 1 hour prior to the performance to confirm their availability and desire to be an alternate. If selected, by random draw of all walk ups available, an alternate will assume the competition position of the contestant that he is replacing, in the rough stock they will draw stock from a pool of animals consisting of all turned out stock and all re-ride stock for that performance. RE-ENTRIES: Re-entries will be accepted where the actual entries accepted during the original entry period were less than the limit. Entries will be re-opened sometime prior to the event stock draw. Contestants that enter during the re- entry period will be placed in the remaining available positions (available positions will be defined by the stock contractor and/or committee based on the number of contestants that entered during the re-entry period). All re- entries will be accepted to fill the vacant positions not to exceed the original limit defined in the ground rules (based on “money won” qualifications). NOTE: In order for money won at an Xtreme Bulls competition to count for the 2020 National Finals Rodeo or the 2020 Rookie of the Year standings, during the 2020 season a contestant must have competed at a minimum of 40 PRCA rodeos. Money won will count for 2019 PRCA World standings and 2019 Xtreme Bulls standings. It will not count for All Around standings. ***In the event that there are not enough qualified rides in the first go-round, a random draw back list will be used to select contestants to fill the remaining positions in the finals. Contestants who did not have a qualified score in the first go-round and are drawn back to compete in the finals, will not be eligible to place in the aggregate. Money won by any contestant in the finals will count for standings.*** STK. CONT.: VARIOUS

qualified rides or times in the finals, the remaining places will be paid based on the highest scores or fastest times in the progressive performances. If there are still less than 8 contestants who did not have a qualified score or time in either the finals or a progressive performance, the remaining places will be paid based on the highest ranking in the average after the first two go-rounds. All money paid out will count towards World standings. QUALIFICATIONS AND FORMAT: BB, SB, BR - 80 minimum entries. No compensation. No slack. Qualifications will be per the PRCA rulebook (R1.2.15, R1.2.15.1, and R1.2.15.2). Two go- rounds, back to back, perf to perf, will fill the first 16 performances (10 per performance). The top 24 in the average after the first two go-rounds will advance to a progressive go-round which will consist of the 17th, 18th, and 19th performances occurring on Saturday, January 25 (8 per performance). Contestants will be randomly drawn into the 24 available positions. If ties result in more than 24 contestants qualified to advance, the tie will be broken by the single highest score in a go-round. If still tied, all will be accepted. The top 4 from each of the progressives performances will advance to the Finals on Sunday, January 26 (20th performance). If ties in a progressive performance result in more than 4 contestants qualified to advance, the contestant ranked highest in the average at that point will advance. If still tied, the tie will be broken by the single highest score in a go-round. If still tied, the tie will be broken by the second highest single score in a go-round. If still tied, all will be accepted. If there are less than 4 qualified rides in one or more of the progressive performances, the contestant with the next highest score in the other progressive performances, who has not already qualified in the top 4 of his respective performance, will advance. If there are less than 12 total qualified rides in the three progressive performances, the remaining positions in the Finals (not to exceed 12) will be filled by the contestant with the highest ranking in the average after the first two go-rounds. If there is a tie, the contestant with the highest single score in either go-round will advance. STK. CONT.: THE CERVI BROTHERS SUB.
