SAN ANTONIO TX NPP FEBRUARY 22 SAN ANTONIO STOCK SHOW & RODEO XTREME BULLS ARENA: AT&T Center ADDRESS: One AT&T Center Parkway PERFS: 1 Perf: February 22- 1:00 PM EVENTS: BR @ $50000 PERMITS: None GROUND RULES: Only actual contestant and one companion allowed gate access. Any contestant who turns-out of the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo or the San Antonio Xtreme Bulls Event without a valid doctor release or visible injury will not be eligible to enter the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo or the San Antonio Xtreme Bulls Event for a period of two years (2021 and 2022). ALL CONTESTANTS - If a contestant’s actions are deemed detrimental to the PRCA, the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo, or rodeo in general, that contestant will not be accepted as an entry at San Antonio in 2021 and 2022. COMPETITION FORMAT - One 36 contestant go- round with top 8 finals (will not exceed 8). If there are not 8 qualified rides, all remaining positions will be filled by random draw by the judges. If the 8th qualifier is tied going into the final round, the tie will be broken by the back judge. If he cannot break the tie, all tied contestants will draw chips to see who advances to the finals. QUALIFICATIONS: 36 maximum entries. No compensation. No exemptions. No slack. No entry fees. Of the 50 bull riding contestants who qualify and enter the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo, a total of thirty-six (36) contestants will be eligible for the Division 1 Xtreme Bulls Event on Feb. 22. The twenty (20) contestants who advance to Semi-finals 1 and Semi-finals II will automatically qualify for the Xtreme Bulls competition. The next sixteen (16) highest money earners from the 2020 San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo PRCA Rodeo Bull Riding will qualify for the Xtreme Bulls competition. If not enough contestants earn money in the PRCA rodeo to qualify for the Xtreme Bulls competition, remaining positions will be filled based on 2019 PRCA World Standings. Contestants will not be allowed to enter the Xtreme Bulls if they did not qualify for the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo. Any contestants who turns- out of any go-round or semi-final without a valid doctor release or visible injury release will not be allowed to compete in the Xtreme Bulls Event. In the event a contestant injured while competing in the regular bracket system at the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo and has a valid doctor’s release, he will still be eligible to compete in the San Antonio’s Div. 1 Xtreme Bulls if he qualifies. CHECK-IN: Contestants must check-in or notify arena secretary 1 hour prior to the start of the event. Failure to do so will result in an alternate contestant being selected and allowed to compete. ALTERNATES: Alternates will be selected from a list established by PROCOM based on 2019 money won. The 14 contestants who were accepted as entries for the San Antonio Rodeo but were not accepted for the X-bulls Event will be the first alternates to be considered based on 2019 money won. Next on the alternate list will be contestants who were drawn out of the rodeo due to qualifications based on their 2019 money won. A contestant who is placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event that conflicts with the San Antonio Xtreme Bulls Event will not be eligible to be used as an alternate. A contestant who had originally entered and was eligible at the time of entry may check-in with or call the arena secretary

Nationwide Blvd PERFS: 1 Perf: February 22- 7:30 PM EVENTS: BB SB BR @ $10000 SPECIAL ENTRY FEES: BB-$100; SB-$100; BR- $100 PERMITS: BB SB BR GROUND RULES: ALL EVENTS - The “30- hour replacement” and “walk-up replacement” policies will be in effect. The deadline for “walk- up replacement” will be one hour prior to the performance. The alternate list will be based on 2019 PRCA World Standings. The alternate will compete on the animal that is drawn for the contestant the he is replacing. GRACE PERIOD - Will expire one hour after entries close. ALL EVENTS - Re-entries will be accepted on Tues., Feb., 18 between 9 AM and 12 PM for any available positions. QUALIFICATIONS: BB, SB, BR - 12 minimum entries. No compensation. No slack. (See R1.2.15, R1.2.15.1, and R1.2.15.2). One go-round with the first and second place contestants each performance advancing to a bonus round during that same performance. If the first and/or second place contestant declines advancement to the bonus round, the contestant with the next highest score will advance (if the next highest score is tied, a flip of a coin will determine who advances). If there are 8 or less entries per performance at the time that the entries close, the committee has the option to cancel the event or have two go-rounds, back to back, same performance. PAY-OFF: The long go-round will be paid off per the rulebook. $1,000 per performance will be held out of the total purse for the bonus round(s). Winner takes all in the bonus round(s). If there are no qualified rides in an event in the bonus round, $500 (of the $1,000) will be added back to the pay- off for the long go-round, and $500 will be split between the two qualifiers for the bonus round. STOCK DRAW: Stock will be drawn 3 hours prior to each performance by the judges. Re-rides and the re-ride order will be designated by the stock contractor. Any animal turned-out in a performance will automatically become the first re- ride prior to using the designated re-rides. If more than one animal is turned-out in a performance, a random draw will determine which animal will be the first re-ride. The bonus round stock will be designated by the stock contractor and no re-rides will be given during the bonus round. In order for money won at this event to count for qualifying for the 2020 National Finals Rodeo or the 2020 Rookie of the Year Standings, a contestant must have entered and competed at a minimum of forty (40) PRCA rodeos during the 2020 rodeo season. Money won at this event will not count for All Around Standings, circuit standings, or towards a
