ALL CONTESTANTS - Mandatory General membership meeting on Thur., Oct. 21 at 2 PM at the arena followed by contestant check-in. Contestants failing to attend may be assessed a $100 fine. All contestants must have mugshots taken. If not taken by 5 pm, may be assessed a $25 fine. ALL CONTESTANTS: Charge for stalls, ($15 per day) call to reserve 509- 953-4053. TE - If a timed event animal escapes or a re-run is awarded for any other reason, the extra will be used. Only escaped animals go back into the herd. ALL EVENTS: Pay four places in go- rounds and the average. QUALIFICATIONS: Top 12. COMPLETE CIRCUIT FINALS GROUND RULES can be located online under Member Services . SR - Three go-rounds. If more contestants enter during the “re-entry” period than there are positions available, the contestants accepted will be based on the qualification procedures defined in the Circuit Finals ground rules. Under no circumstances will a contestant who entered during the re-entry period be able to displace a contestant who entered during the original entry period. NOTIFY PROCOM - A contestant will not be accepted as an entry or as an alternate at this event if he is already placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as this event. CHECK-IN: Contestants must check-in or notify arena secretary 1 hour prior to the start of the event. Failure to do so will result in an alternate contestant being selected and allowed to compete. The check-in deadline for alternates to be considered as “walk-up replacements” at this event is 1 hour prior to start of the event. ALL CONTESTANTS - If a contestant turns-out (notified or non-notified) or VIR’s he will be responsible to pay entry fees whether he is replaced or not. The alternate contestant will also be responsible to pay entry fees.
