If more contestants enter during the “re-entry” period than there are positions available, the contestants accepted will be based on the qualification procedures defined in the Circuit Finals ground rules. Under no circumstances will a contestant who entered during the re-entry period be able to displace a contestant who entered during the original entry period. If a contestant TO’s or DR’S prior to the “re-entry” period, that position may be filled during the “re- entry” period. ALL CONTESTANTS - Mandatory check-in of all contestants by 3 PM on Thurs., Oct. 17. ALL CONTESTANTS - Must wear back numbers while in arena and to access hospitality area. Only escaped animals go back into the herd . SR - Top 15. Three go-rounds all run Fri., Oct. 18 at 9 AM. Extras will be used to replace sick or injured animals. Two go-rounds with a top 12 finals. No exemptions. CONTESTANT SELECTION FORMULA - 70% top money, 20% top circuit, 10% top first year. NOTIFY PROCOM - A contestant will not be accepted as an entry at an X-Broncs Event if he is already placed in a0 position at another PRCA rodeo or event during the same performance as the X- Broncs Event. CHECK-IN - The check-in deadline for alternates to be considered as “walk-up replacements” at Xtreme Broncs Events is 1 hour prior to start of the event. STOCK DRAW: Stock will be drawn per the rulebook. The event will count towards the official rodeo count for any contestant that turns-out after stock callbacks, whether that contestant is replaced or not. Contestants who qualify for the finals may be requested by the committee to draw their own animal from a hat containing poker chips inscribed with animals’ numbers in the arena or other designated area prior to the finals. This determination may be based on production factors. PAY-OFF - 6% of total purse is to be deducted prior to the pay-off and sent in with results. Any contestant who advances into a final go-round solely by random draw (no qualified rides) will not be eligible to participate in the average pay-off. Any money won by any contestant in the final go-round will count towards World Standings. NOTE: Money won at Xtreme Broncs Events will count towards 2020 X-Broncs Standings. It will count towards qualification for the 2020 National Finals Rodeo and the 2020 Rookie of the Year
