ALL 2024 RODEOS WITH QUALIFICATIONS FOR ALL EVENTS: If a contestant qualifies in both the 2023 and 2024 categories for money won, he will be accepted in the 2023 category for money won.

ATTENTION ALL WACO, TX PERMIT FINALS CONTESTANTS All PRCA event winners will be qualified for Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo.

THE FOLLOWING WILL BE EFFECTIVE FOR THE 2023/2024 SEASON The 2023 individual Circuit Finals Steer Roping events (Badlands, Columbia River, Montana, Mountain States, Prairie, Texas, Turquoise) and the 2023 National Circuit Finals Steer Roping will count toward the 2024 World Standings and qualifications. These events will be Official Entry Rodeos (contestant must designate unofficial). If a contestant has not met the required participation count it will be an automatic unofficial entry rodeo for that contestant and will not count toward 2024 World Standings or qualification rodeos. For any Steer Roping Circuit Finals Rodeo that occurs prior to the 2023 regular season cutoff date, money won at those circuit finals rodeos will count toward the 2023 World Standings and qualifica tions. In 2024, it will count toward the All-Around.
ATTENTION X-Bulls events with $30,000 or more added will be Division I events. X-Bulls
events with less than $30,000 added will be Division 2 events.

Re-entries will be accepted if the number of entries for an event at the original entry closing time is less than limit defined in the ground rules. If more contestants enter during the “re-entry” period than there are positions available, the contestants accepted will be based on the qualification procedures defined in the Circuit Finals ground rules. Under no circumstances will a contestant who entered during the re-entry period be able to displace a contestant who entered during the original entry period. If a contestant TO’s or DR’s prior to the “re-entry” period, that position may be filled during the “re-entry” period. ALL CONTESTANTS - Mandatory General membership meeting on Thur., Oct. 19 at 2 PM at the arena followed by contestant check-in. Contestants failing to attend may be assessed a $100 fine. All contestants must have mugshots taken. If not taken by 5 pm, may be assessed a $25 fine. ALL EVENTS: Pay four places in go-rounds and the average. ALL CONTESTANTS: No charge for stalls, call to reserve (509)307-1508. TE - If a timed event animal escapes or a re-run is awarded for any other reason, the extra will be used. Only escaped animals go back into the herd . SR - Three go-rounds. Extras will be used to replace sick or injured animals. The misdraw procedure will not be used. $60 stock charge per go-round. If there are no qualified rides in an event in the bonus round, $500 (of the $1,000) will be added back to the pay-off for the long go-round, and $500 will be split between the two qualifiers for the bonus round and will be considered ground money. STOCK DRAW: Stock will be drawn 3 hours prior to each performance by the judges. Re-rides and the re-ride order will be designated by the stock contractor. Any animal turned-out in a performance will automatically become the first re-ride prior to using the designated re-rides. If more than one animal is turned-out in a performance, a random draw will determine which animal will be the first re-ride. The bonus round stock will be designated by the stock contractor and no re-rides will be given during the bonus round. NOTE: In order for money won at this event to count for qualifying for the 2024 National Finals Rodeo or the 2024 Rookie of the Year Standings, a contestant must have entered and competed at a minimum of forty (40) PRCA rodeos during the 2024 rodeo year.
