Re-entries will be accepted if the number of entries for an event at the original entry closing time is less than limit defined in the ground rules. If more contestants enter during the “re-entry” period than there are positions available, the contestants accepted will be based on the qualification procedures defined in the Circuit Finals ground rules. Under no circumstances will a contestant who entered during the re-entry period be able to displace a contestant who entered during the original entry period. If a contestant TO’s or DR’s prior to the “re-entry” period, that position may be filled during the “re-entry” period. ALL CONTESTANTS - Mandatory General membership meeting on Thur., Oct. 19 at 2 PM at the arena followed by contestant check-in. Contestants failing to attend may be assessed a $100 fine. All contestants must have mugshots taken. If not taken by 5 pm, may be assessed a $25 fine. ALL EVENTS: Pay four places in go-rounds and the average. The event will count towards the official rodeo count for any contestant that turns-out after stock callbacks, whether that contestant is replaced or not. ALL CONTESTANTS - A contestant will not be accepted as an entry at this event if he is already placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event that conflicts with this event. BB, SB, BR - 40 minimum entries in each event. No compensation. No slack. One go-round. May be two go-rounds, back-to-back, same performance depending on the number of entries. If two go rounds, the number of entries accepted during the re-entry period will not exceed one half the original limit. PAYOFF: 6% of total purse is to be deducted prior to the payoff and sent in with results. ALL QUALIFICATIONS: BB, SB - 20% top circuit, 80% top money. Circuit positions will be filled first. No exemptions. BR - 70% top money, 30% top circuit. No exemptions. NOTE: Money won at this event will count towards qualifications for the 2024 National Finals Rodeo and the 2024 Rookie of the Year Standings, as long as the contestant has entered and competed in a minimum of forty (40) PRCA rodeos during the 2024 rodeo year.
