The 2021 Columbia River Circuit cut-off date will be September 21, 2021. Any rodeo ending on or before this date will count towards the 2021 rodeo season. Any rodeo ending after this will count towards the 2022 rodeo season. Total money above includes the estimated committee purse of $1,500, and estimated PRCA matching funds of $1,500 estimated sponsor dollar amount of $11,438, estimated $3 circuit dollar amount of $2,259. ALL CONTESTANTS - Must wear back number while competing. ALL CONTESTANTS - Re-entries will be accepted for available positions on Tue., Oct. 5 between 9 AM and 12 PM. Re-entries will be accepted if the number of entries for an event at the original entry closing time is less than limit defined in the ground rules. If more contestants enter during the “re-entry” period than there are positions available, the contestants accepted will be based on the qualification procedures defined in the Circuit Finals ground rules. Under no circumstances will a contestant who entered during the re-entry period be able to displace a contestant who entered during the original entry period. If a contestant TO’s or DR’s prior to the “re-entry” period, that position may be filled during the “re-entry” period. ALL CONTESTANTS - Mandatory General membership meeting on Thur., Oct. 21 at 2 PM at the arena followed by contestant check-in. Contestants failing to attend may be assessed a $100 fine. All contestants must have mugshots taken. If not taken by 5 pm, may be assessed a $25 fine. ALL CONTESTANTS: Charge for stalls, ($15 per day) call to reserve 509- 953-4053. TE - If a timed event animal escapes or a re-run is awarded for any other reason, the extra will be used. Only escaped animals go back into the herd.
