ALL CONTESTANTS - A contestant will not be accepted as an entry at this event if he is already placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event during the same performance as the event. STOCK DRAW: Stock will be drawn per the rulebook. The event will count towards the official rodeo count for any contestant that turns-out after stock callbacks, whether that contestant is replaced or not. PAY-OFF: 6% of total purse is to be deducted prior to the pay-off and sent in with results. ALL NOTE: Money won at this event will count towards qualifications for the 2022 National Finals Rodeo and the 2022 Rookie of the Year Standings, as long as the contestant has entered and competed in a minimum of forty (40) PRCA rodeos during the 2022 rodeo year. Money won will not count for circuit standings or All Around standings. This event will not be applied to the contestants required circuit participation count. If more contestants enter during the “re-entry” period than there are positions available, the contestants accepted will be based on the qualification procedures defined in the Circuit Finals ground rules. Under no circumstances will a contestant who entered during the re-entry period be able to displace a contestant who entered during the original entry period. If a contestant TO’s or DR’s prior to the “re-entry” period, that position may be filled during the “re-entry” period. ALL CONTESTANTS - Must check-in with secretary by 2 PM on Nov. 11 to receive the packets and back numbers. Late check-in fine will be $100. MUG SHOTS - Contestants must have photo taken by Thurs., Nov. 11 by 2 PM. After deadline $25 fine. Cowboy attire required. ALL CONTESTANTS - See parking attendant prior to parking trailers. MANDATORY - Sat., Nov. 13 luncheon at 11:00 AM in arena. All jackets will be given during lunch. Circuit dues must be paid before this. The order of contestants on the alternate list will be based on 2021 money won as a permit member. ALL CONTESTANTS - Each contestant will receive a $500 stipend. ALL EVENTS - Only 2021 money won as a permit member will count towards qualifications. Contestants must enter through PROCOM during the specified times. QUALIFICATIONS: The top 5 permit members (which includes any contestant who was a permit member for any part of the 2021 rodeo season) who enter, based on 2021 money won as a permit member, will be accepted. ALL EVENTS: Two go-rounds, back-to-back, same performance. Extras will be used to replace sick or injured animals. The misdraw procedure will not be used. If a steer escapes or a rerun is awarded for any other reason, the extra will be used. Only escaped animals go back into the heard. STOCK CHARGE - $45 per go-round ***Money won at the Permit Challenge will not count towards World Standings or circuit standings. It will count towards “2022 money won” qualifications.*** STK.
