The 2020 Texas Circuit cut-off date will be September 30, 2020. Any rodeo ending on or before this date will count toward the 2020 season. Any rodeo ending after this will count towards the 2021 rodeo season. Total money above is committee purse of $2,000, estimated PRCA matching funds of $2,000, estimated sponsor dollar amount of $6,806, estimated circuit dollar of $2,892. Total money above for SR includes minimum committee purse of $2,000 estimated PRCA matching funds of $2,000, estimated sponsor dollar amount of $5,184, estimated circuit dollar amount of $1,000. ALL CONTESTANTS - Re-entries will be accepted for available positions on Fri., Dec. 18 between 9 AM and 12 PM. Re-entries will be accepted if the number of entries for an event at the original entry closing time is less than limit defined in the ground rules. If more contestants enter during the “re- entry” period than there are positions available, the contestants accepted will be based on the qualification procedures defined in the Circuit Finals ground rules. Under no circumstances will a contestant who entered during the re- entry period be able to displace a contestant who entered during the original entry period. If a contestant TO’s or DR’s prior to the “re-entry” period, that position may be filled during the “re-entry” period. ALL CONTESTANTS - Contestants enter through Gate 10 on Lake Air Drive to park. Contestants will check-in with secretary at the Extraco Events Center to pay fees and pick-up packets (back numbers, jackets, meeting schedules, etc.) between 4 and 5:30 PM on Thurs., Dec. 31. Back numbers must be worn while in arena. (R11.2.2) MANDATORY CONTESTANT MEETING - Thursday, December 31, 2020 at 5:30 PM. STALLS - TD, TR will receive one free stall; SW will be given stalls accordingly. Any other horses or extras will be charged $15 per stall, per night. Shavings for sale on site. No outside shavings are allowed. TR - Only two loops allowed . SR - Top 12. Three go-rounds held Friday, Jan. 1 at 9 AM. Extras will be used to replace sick or injured animals. (The misdraw procedure will not be used).

See Rodeo Entry Information section of the business journal. ALL EVENTS - Re-entries will be accepted for available positions on Mon., Dec. 7 between 9 AM and 12 PM. See Rodeo Entry Information page of the business journal. ALL EVENTS - The alternate list will be based on 2020 PRCA World Standings. QUALIFICATIONS: BB, SB , BR - 20 minimum entries. No compensation. No slack. The top two in the 2020 Montana Circuit Standings will be accepted first, if they enter. The PRCA Rookie of the Year in each event (BB, SB, BR) will be accepted next. Any remaining positions, not to exceed 20, will be filled based on 2020 PRCA World Standings. No exemptions. FORMAT - One go-round. STOCK DRAW: Stock will be drawn on site at 9 AM on morning of the event. The event representatives for each event will be allowed to screen the stock included in the draw. PAY-OFF - Will pay 8 places. The 6% of the total purse for the PRCA will not be deducted from the purse. The committee will be billed separately for that amount. ALL EVENTS - Four judges will be used in the arena for scoring the contest. NOTE - Money won at this event will count towards 2021 PRCA World Standings and the PRCA Rookie of the Year Standings as long as the contestant enters and competes at a minimum of forty (40) PRCA rodeos during the 2021 rodeo year. To receive Texas Circuit generated year-end awards, contestants must enter and compete in all go-rounds of The Ram Texas Circuit Finals unless valid doctor release is received through PRCA.
