No slack. 60% permits; 20% first year cards; and 20% random draw. One go-round with the first and second place contestants each performance advancing to a bonus round during that same performance. If the first and/or second place contestant declines advancement to the bonus round, the contestant with the next highest score will advance (if the next highest score is tied, a flip of a coin will determine who advances). PAY-OFF: The long go-round will be paid off per the rulebook. $1,000 per performance will be held out of the total purse for the bonus round for each performance. Winner takes all in the bonus round(s). If there are no qualified rides in an event in the bonus round, first place in the bonus round will be paid to the contestant with the highest score in the long go-round and all money paid out for the bonus round will count towards World Standings. STOCK DRAW: Stock will be drawn per the rule book. COMPETITION FORMAT - SB - 30 minimum entries. BR - 40 minimum entries. (May be two go-rounds, back-to-back, same performance depending on the number entries. If two go-rounds, the number of contestants accepted during the re-entry period will not be required exceed one half the original limit). QUALIFICATIONS: SB - 80% top money, 20% top circuit (circuit positions will be filled first in SB). No exemptions. BR - 70% top money, 30% top circuit. No exemptions. NOTIFY PROCOM : A contestant will not be accepted as an entry if he is already placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event during the same performance as this event. CHECK-IN: The check-in deadline for alternates to be considered as “walk-up” replacements at this event is one hour prior to the start of the event. ALTERNATES: PROCOM will establish an alternate list, based on 2022 money won as of 7 days prior to entry closing. Contestants who are placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event that conflicts with this event will not be eligible to be used as an alternate. Contestants may check in with or call the venue secretary no later than 1 hour prior to the performance to confirm their availability and desire to be an alternate. If selected, an alternate will assume the competition position of the contestant that he is replacing and if stock has been drawn, he will receive the stock drawn by that contestant. If a contestant turns-out (notified or non-notified) or VIR’s he will be responsible to pay entry fees whether he is replaced or not. The alternate contestant will also be responsible to pay entry fees. Also, if a contestant turns-out of an X-Bulls event and is not replaced, he will receive a $250 fine (does not include DR’s and VIR’s). If a contestant properly doctor releases he will not be responsible for entry fees nor will the event be applied to his official rodeo count. RE-RIDES - After all replacements have been made, any remaining available animals that were notified as turned-out (includes DR’s and VIR’s) will be used as re-rides prior to using the designated re ride(s). PAY-OFF: 6% of the total purse is to be deducted prior to the pay-off and sent in with the results. Pay-off will be determined on highest marked
