New B2.5.15.3 Application. Applicants for Non-contestant Card Member-Technology Provider endorsement must submit a completed PRCA application to the PRCA. Once a performance or slack has commenced, Technology Providers may not perform any other duty except that single role (e.g. Music Director and Video Board Operator.) Failure to do so will result in a $500 fine per occurrence. (Contract Personnel Executive Council 9/20) BOD Tabled 08/2022 B2.6.1 Life Membership Change B2.6.1.2 Fees. All Non-contestant Life Members who become eligible in accordance with B2.6.1.1 during and/or subsequent to the 2007 PRCA rodeo season, will be required to purchase regular PRCA membership group accident insurance and pay the standard dues applicable to their specific membership category in order to enter or participate in PRCA rodeos. This does not apply to non-participating Gold Card-Life Members. All Gold Card-Life Members who earned Gold Card status prior to December 31, 2006 (under any and all previous qualification rules) will be exempt from annual dues, but must continue to purchase regular PRCA membership group accident insurance if they enter and/or participate in PRCA rodeos. All life members will be charged a one-time fee of $25 upon initiating their Life Member status. (PRCA Staff 8/22) BOD Adopted as amended 08/2022 – Expedited for 2023 Change B2.7.4 Replacement Cards. A charge of $105.00 will be assessed for any replacement membership card or companion pass, except that Life Members will be charged $25.00 for replacement Gold Card. The NCFR Committee shall select all qualified Contract Personnel for the NCFR prior to October 15 November 15 of each year. This approval does not include the announcers and music director which are approved by the host venue (PRCA Staff 08/2022) BOD Adopted 08/2022 – Expedited for 2023 Change B10.1.17.1 Minimum Purse Money Added by a Rodeo . To receive PRCA approval, all new Rodeo Committees must add at least $500250 per required event, per performance, or $ 1,000 500 per required event at a one-performance rodeo. (Contract Personnel Executive Council 6/20) BOD adopted as amended 08/2022 Change B10.10.2 Cancellation Less Than 30 Days Prior to the First Performance. A Rodeo Committee agrees that, upon application for the PRCA approval, if the rodeo is canceled by that Rodeo Committee (for reasons other than natural disasters, government declarations or government regulations or Force Majeure or any matter beyond the control of the Rodeo Committee) less than 30 days prior to the date of the first performance, said Rodeo Committee will may be required to pay to the PRCA National Office a sum equal to the purse money. Rodeo Committee to notify PRCA Office immediately of cancellation. If Rodeo is canceled for reasons other than stated above, Rodeo Committee may be responsible for office and

Change R1.2.15 Limited Entry Qualifications The entry qualifications for limited rodeos will be as follows, provided that in no case will the Rodeo Committee be charged for more than 20 draw outs, except for Bull Riding and are otherwise subject to the requirements for early season limited rodeos set forth in R1.2.15 below:
