If more contestants enter during the “re-entry” period than there are positions available, the contestants accepted will be based on the qualification procedures defined in the Circuit Finals ground rules. Under no circumstances will a contestant who entered during the re-entry period be able to displace a contestant who entered during the original entry period. If a contestant TO’s or DR’s prior to the “re-entry” period, that position may be filled during the “re-entry” period. TE - If a timed event animal escapes, the extra will be used. ALL CONTESTANTS - Contestants are required to check-in between 2 and 4 PM Friday., October 20th. Contestants failing to attend may be assessed a $100 fine. All contestants must have mugshots taken. If not taken by 5 pm, may be assessed a $25 fine. The event will count towards the official rodeo count for any contestant that turns-out after stock callbacks, whether that contestant is replaced or not. ALL CONTESTANTS - A contestant will not be accepted as an entry at this event if he is already placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event that conflicts with this event. BB, SB, BR - 40 minimum entries in each event. No compensation. No slack. One go-round. May be two go-rounds, back-to-back, same performance depending on the number of entries. If two go rounds, the number of entries accepted during the re-entry period will not exceed one half the original limit. PAYOFF: 6% of total purse is to be deducted prior to the payoff and sent in with results. ALL PERCENTAGES WILL BE DIVIDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH RULEBOOK.
