GROUND RULES: The 2021 Mountain States Steer Roping Circuit Finals cut-off date will be Aug. 20, 2021. Any rodeo ending on or before this date will count towards the 2021 rodeo season. Any rodeo ending after this will count toward the 2022 rodeo season. Total money above includes estimated $3,000 committee purse, $3,000 estimated PRCA matching funds., estimated sponsor funds of $6,533.00, and estimated $3 fund is $500. ALL CONTESTANTS - Re-entries will be accepted for available position on Tues., Sept. 14 between 9 AM and 11 AM. Re-entries will be accepted if the number of entries for an event at the original entry closing time is less than limit defined in the ground rules. If more contestants enter during the “re- entry” period than there are positions available, the contestants accepted will be based on the qualification procedures defined in the Circuit Finals ground rules. Under no circumstances will a contestant who entered during the re- entry period be able to displace a contestant who entered during the original entry period.
