Companions/Family are invited to accompany you during the Luncheon. ALL CONTESTANTS - PARKING: There will be a separate parking area for Southeastern Circuit Contestants, Stock Contractors, and Personnel. Each Contestant, Stock Contractor, and Contract Personnel will receive one parking pass. Additional Parking Passes will not be available. Trailer Parking is limited. You will be provided a 24’x50’ parking space. Contestants must check in with Parking Attendant prior to parking and setting your trailer. If you come in after hours, you must check with Parking Attendant the following morning. If you park in a space not specified by the Parking Attendant, you will be asked to move. For all illegally parked trailers the Southeast Circuit will receive a fine, and you will be responsible to the Southeastern Circuit for the fine. ALL CONTESTANTS - PASSES: A. Each Stock Contracting Company and Contract Personnel will be given one Companion Pass. Each Contestant will receive one Companion Pass. PRCA Membership cards or PRCA membership companion passes will not be accepted for admittance. B. Stock Contractors, Contract Personnel, and Contestants needing additional tickets will need to be purchased from the arena box office or online ticket sales. STOCK CONTRACTORS: No consideration will be given for insurance, death, or loss. Feed and housing of Livestock will be furnished from check in time to the conclusion of the Southeastern Circuit Finals Rodeo. STOCK DELIVERY/LOADING/USE : A. Stock must be delivered to the Bergeron Rodeo Grounds by Thursday, November 10th, 2022. B. Animals that are unfit, sick, or lame prior to delivery (“delivery” defined as having completely exited the trailer upon arrival during designated stock delivery timeframe) will not be accepted or paid for. C. All riding event livestock must be delivered with a readable permanent ownership and number brand in accordance with the PRCA Rulebook. D. ll bulls must be tipped in accordance with PRCA Rule R7.10.5 prior to delivery to Bergeron Rodeo Grounds. ALL CONTESTANTS - See parking attendant prior to parking trailers. ALL CONTESTANTS - Each contestant will be furnished with a Rodeo Austin back number, which must be worn and displayed in its entirety at all times in the competition arena. EF’s : $250 plus $35 Central Entry Office/ Supplemental Insurance fee. STK. All confirmed trades will be final and will be processed immediately after both involved parties have confirmed through PROCOM. RE - Back-to-back, same performance if two go rounds B10.2.7. QUALIFICATIONS: BB, SB, - 36 minimum entries. No compensation. No slack. BR - 45 minimum entries. No compensation. No slack. TD - There will be a disqualification for a jerk down as long as all criteria are in compliance with the jerk down policy. Only actual contestant and one companion allowed gate access. STK. PERFS: 3 Perfs: November 11-7:30 PM; November 12-7:30 PM; November 13-2:00 PM EVENTS: BB SB BR TD SW TR-HD TR-HL @ $8000 SPECIAL ENTRY FEES: BB-$325; SB-$325; BR- GROUND RULES: Only actual contestant allowed gate access. All CDC, Florida Department of Health, and Broward County Guidelines will be followed. All events plus year-end circuit dollars. Total money above includes estimated committee purse of $8,000, estimated PRCA matching funds of $3,000, estimated sponsor money of TBD, and estimated $3 is TBD. ALL CONTESTANTS - Re-entries will be accepted for available positions on Fri., Oct. 21 between 9 AM and 12 PM. Re-entries will be accepted if the number of entries for an event at the original entry closing time is less than limit defined in the ground rules. If more contestants enter during the “re-entry” period than there are positions available, the contestants accepted will be based on the qualification procedures defined in the Circuit Finals ground rules. Under no circumstances will a contestant who entered during the re- entry period be able to displace a contestant who entered during the original entry period. If a contestant TO’s or DR’s prior to the “re-entry” period, that position may be filled during the “re-entry” period. ALL CONTESTANTS - Must check-in with secretary by 2 PM on Nov. 11 to receive the packets and back numbers. Late check-in fine will be $100. MUG SHOTS - Contestants must have photo taken by Fri., Nov. 11 by 2 PM. After deadline $25 fine. Cowboy attire required. ALL CONTESTANTS - Circuit Luncheon: The Southeastern Circuit Luncheon is Saturday, November 12th, at 11:00am inside the Arena. The Luncheon is Mandatory.
