TOM GLAUSE Chief Executive Officer Tom Glause has 30 years of experience in both the public and private sectors as an executive leader and attorney. He received his Associates Degree in Business Administration, Bachelors of Science in Accounting and Juris Doctorate at the University of Wyoming. Glause was previously a PRCA contestant and is a PRCA Gold Card Member.

PAM MCMANUS Chief Financial Officer Pam McManus joined the PRCA in 2021. She is a Colorado native who grew up in Durango and Montrose. McManus has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and an MBA with an emphasis on HR. She is also a licensed CPA. McManus also has worked as an auditor focusing on not-for-profit entities.

STEVE KNOWLES Director of Rodeo Administration

Steve Knowles joined the PRCA in January of 2022. Knowles junior rodeoed and high school rodeoed growing up and then was a bull rider in college at Pratt (Kan.) Community College and Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, La., and joined the PRCA in 1989. Knowles served as a PRCA Pro Official from 2001 2021.

PAUL WOODY Chief Marketing Officer Paul Woody rejoined the PRCA in 2024. Paul has a PhD in Public Affairs from UNLV and has twenty years of partnership and marketing experience in rodeo, collegiate athletics, and motorsports.

Introduction and General Informatoin Jeff Love has been PRCA’s CTO since 2024. With 12 years of experience and an MBA from Florida Atlantic University, Jeff drives tech innovation and enhances digital infrastructure, ensuring top-notch experiences for members and stakeholders. THERESE COBB ProRodeo Hall of Fame After 23 years with the PRCA, Therese Cobb assumed the role of ProRodeo Hall of Fame Director in 2025. She brings with her a deep knowledge and passion for rodeo as the Hall of Fame looks ahead to a bright future.
