to that next level because you are never satisfied. I have never in my life sat there and said to myself, ‘Pete, you have made it.’ That’s just not me. I’m always looking six months or a year down the road where to be, where to get, how to get there. How are we going to do it? When I start looking at or thinking I’m there, I will probably be in the retirement home.” Carr isn’t concerned with how he will be remembered. But he does want people to know what he’s like as a person. “I’m passionate about people and what I do for a living,” Carr said. “I want to be that guy who is hungry, humble, smart and unassuming. I want to help people get to the next level. I also want people to know how faith has changed my life and has taken me to the next level. It is a huge part of my daily walk.”
