Art Arnold “It took a lot of practice and trying to perfect techniques and just watching guys and learning from guys who did it well. This means a lot because there are not a lot of people who get to be (inducted into the ProRodeo Hall of Fame). This is one of those things you’ll never forget that’s for sure.”
