Payoff per rulebook. TR - $15 stock charge per man for cards and permits. Payoff per rulebook. TE - The qualifier and the National Western Rodeo performances will each count as separate rodeos. All entries are official, unless contestant specifies otherwise at time of entry.

QUALIFICATIONS: BB, SB, BR - 20 minimum entries. 70% from top money, 20% from top circuit, 10% top first year. No compensation. No slack. No exemptions. In the SB event only, one of the 20 positions will be reserved for the contestant with the highest score in the futurity held the day before the event, who has not already qualified. This contestant must be an active, eligible PRCA member. FORMAT: One go-round with a top 4 shoot-out round. CHECK-IN: The check-in deadline for alternates to be considered as “walk-up replacements” at this event is 1 hour prior to start of the event. ALL CONTESTANTS - If a contestant turns-out (notified or non-notified) or VIR’s he will be responsible to pay entry fees whether he is replaced or not. The alternate contestant will also be responsible to pay entry fees. Also, if a contestant turns-out of an X-Bulls event and is not replaced, he will receive a $250 fine (does not include DR’s and VIR’s). If a contestant properly doctor releases he will not be responsible for entry fees nor will the event be applied to his official rodeo count. STOCK DRAW: Stock will be drawn per the rulebook. The event will count towards the official rodeo count for any contestant that turns-out after stock callbacks, whether that contestant is replaced or not. RE-RIDES: After all replacements have been made, any remaining available animals that were notified as turned-out (includes DR’s and VIR’s) will be used prior to using the designated re- ride(s). PAY-OFF: BB, SB, BR : 6% of the total purse will be deducted prior to the pay- off. $6,000 will be held out for the shoot-out round. The shoot-out round will pay two places, $4,000 for first place, and $2,000 for second place, based on highest scores in the shoot-out round. If there are not 2 qualified scores in the shoot-out round, the remaining place(s) will be paid based on the highest scores in the first go- round. Only money paid out to a contestant without a qualified score in either go-round will be considered ground money. All other money paid out will count for PRCA World Standings. NOTE - In order for money won in this competition to count for the 2020 National Finals Rodeo or the 2020 Rookie of the Year standings, during the 2020 season, a contestant must have entered and competed at a minimum of forty (40) PRCA rodeos. Money won will count for the PRCA World standings. Money won at this event will count towards 2020 Xbulls standings and 2020 Xbroncs standings. In all events money won will not count for All Around standings. Money won at this event will not count for circuit standings nor will the event be applied to the contestants required circuit participation count.
