BY TRACY RENCK W ith PRCA rodeos at a standstill due to the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic, cowboys have plenty of time on their hands. What have you been doing? Tyson: Mostly what I’m doing is working on a lot of my mindset, sports psychology courses and different things. I have been working on content for a book as well as my No Limits Mentorship Program for tie-down ropers. I have close to 500 people in that program. I’m still working out for 1½ hours a day and roping every day for a couple hours a day. What horse are you riding? Tyson: I’m still riding Mitch, the same horse I rode the last couple of years at the NFR. I rode him everywhere this year. Mitch is 14. I have a back-up horse I call Jig, and he’s 8.
