If less than 40 contestants enter with money won in the X-Bulls Standings, the remaining positions will be filled based on total 2019 money won at PRCA rodeos. CHECK-IN - Contestants must check-in or notify arena secretary 1 hour prior to the start of the event. Failure to do so will result in an alternate contestant being selected and allowed to compete. ALTERNATES - Alternates will be selected from a list established by PROCOM based on X-Bulls Standings, as of Aug. 27, 2019 or total money won at PRCA rodeos (as of 7 days prior to entry closing) if alternates have no money won in X-Bull standings. If a contestant notifies a turn-out and is replaced by and alternate, the alternate contestant will be responsible for the $35 Central Entry office/supplemental insurance fee. If a contestant turns out of a Division 1 event after the stock draw and a replacement is not found, he will be charged a $500 turn out fine. STOCK DRAW: Stock will be drawn per the rulebook. Contestants who qualify for the finals may be requested by the committee to draw their own animal from a hat containing poker chips inscribed with animals’ numbers in the arena or other designated are prior to the finals. This determination may be based on production factors. HONEST EFFORT - At any Division 1 Xtreme Bull Riding Event, a contestant must make an honest effort to compete on the stock drawn for such contestant.
