contestant must be a card member (no permits) and contestants with no money won must have entered and competed in the steer roping event at a minimum of 7 PRCA rodeos (or events) during the 2018 rodeo year and the 2019 rodeo year combined (as of entry closing time) and also exempt will be any NFSR qualifiers. Contestants will pay an additional entry fees of $300. Contestants will not compete on any additional steers. The times that are recorded for the contestants’ competition runs at the West Texas Fair & Rodeo will be used to determine the pay- off. Pay-off will only include the entry fees for the contestants who entered the Legacy Steer Roping through PROCOM. 6% will be held out of the total amount for the PRCA prior to the pay-off. Only the three go-rounds and the average after three go-rounds will be included in the pay-off for the Legacy Steer Roping. There will be no additional added money and since no additional animals will be run, there will be no additional stock charge or PROCOM charge. Money won in the Legacy Steer Roping will not count towards PRCA World Standings, circuit standings, All Around standings, or for money won qualifications. It will count towards qualifying for the Legacy Steer Roping Finals held in conjunction with the National Finals Steer Roping. (NFSR qualifiers will not be eligible for the Legacy Steer Roping Finals). STK. All confirmed trades will be final and will be processed immediately after both involved parties have confirmed through PROCOM. GRACE PERIOD - Will expire one hour after entries close. GB - Approved for first slack event in accordance with R4.9.4. BB, SB - May be combined . SR - Two go-rounds all run in slack on Sept., 10th. Only the first three animals in each go-round will be required to run in order. Extras will be used to replace sick or injured animals.
