Contestants who are placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as the Xtreme Bulls Event will not be eligible to be used as an alternate. Contestants who have originally entered and were eligible at time of entry may check-in with or call the venue secretary no later than 1 hour prior to the performance to confirm their availability and desire to be an alternate. If selected, an alternate will assume the competition position of the contestant that he is replacing and if stock has been drawn, he will receive the stock drawn by that contestant. If a contestant turns-out (notified or non- notified) or VIR’s he will be responsible to pay entry fees whether he is replaced or not. The alternate contestant will also be responsible to pay entry fees. Also, if a contestant turns-out of an X-Bulls event and is not replaced, he will receive a $250 fine (does not include DR’s and VIR’s). If a contestant properly doctor releases he will not be responsible for entry fees nor will the event be applied to his official rodeo count. RE-RIDES - After all replacements have been made, any remaining available animals that have been notified as turned-out (includes DR’s and VIR’s) will be used prior to using the designated re-ride(s). PAY-OFF: 6% of the total purse is to be deducted prior to the pay-off and sent in with the results. Pay-off will be determined on highest marked scores. ALL PERCENTAGES WILL BE DIVIDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RULEBOOK. NOTE: In order for money won in Xtreme Bulls competition (including Division 2 qualifying events) to count for the 2019 National Finals Rodeo or the 2019 Rookie of the Year Standings, during the 2019 season, a contestant must have entered and competed at a minimum of forty (40) PRCA rodeos. Money won will count for 2019 PRCA World Standings and 2020 Xtreme Bulls Standings. It will not count All Around, circuit standings or towards a circuit rodeo count. NOTIFY PROCOM : Notification must be made at the time of entry if claiming an exemption from qualification. Anyone claiming an exemption must have entered and paid fees at a minimum of twenty (20) PRCA sanctioned rodeos held during the 2018 rodeo year. No medical exemptions will be accepted for events whose entries close on or after July 15th. A contestant will not be accepted as an entry at an X-Bulls Event if he is already placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as the X-Bulls Event. GROUND RULES: Contestants who choose to enter the Legacy Steer Roping event must be at least 50 years old at the time of entry closing. They must also be entered in the steer roping event at the 50th Annual Cowboy Capital of the World PRCA Rodeo. To be eligible, the contestant must be a card member (no permits) and contestants with no money won must have entered and competed in the steer roping event at a minimum of 7 PRCA rodeos (or events) during the 2018 rodeo year and the 2019 rodeo year combined (as of entry closing time) and also exempt will be any NFSR qualifiers. Contestants will pay an additional entry fees of $300. Contestants will not compete on any additional steers. The times that are recorded for the contestants’ competition runs at the 50th Annual Cowboy Capital of the World PRCA Rodeo will be used to determine the pay-off. Pay-off will only include the entry fees for the contestants who entered the Legacy Steer Roping through PROCOM. 6% will be held out of the total amount for the PRCA prior to the pay- off. Only the three go-rounds and the average after three go-rounds will be included in the pay-off for the Legacy Steer Roping.
