Lummus Looming Steer wrestler Will Lummus is looking to get back to the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo for the second time in his career and second consecutive season. The Mississippi native who is already having a strong season added a strong week Aug. 13-19 to help solidify that run to Las Vegas. Lummus won a combined $11,063 after splitting the win at the Gooding (Idaho) Pro Rodeo and placing third at both the Caldwell (Idaho) Night Rodeo and the Yellowstone River Round- Up in Billings, Mont. As of Aug. 19, Lummus was in fifth place in the PRCA | RAM World Standings with $75,783. Last season, the 15th spot in the world standings in steer wrestling qualified for the Finals with $74,706.
