ELIZABETH ANN (LIB) MORGAN Elizabeth Ann (Lib) Morgan, wife of PRCA stock contractor Ralph Morgan, of Lauderdale, Miss., passed away Jan. 27. She was 85. Morgan worked for many years with her husband, Ralph, in their logging business and the Ralph Morgan Rodeo. She was involved with the Lauderdale Community Development Club and the Lauderdale County Parkinson’s Group. The family would like to thank each of Mrs. Morgan’s caregivers. She was preceded in death by her parents, Virgil and Johnnie Watts. She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Ralph Morgan; her son, Johnny Ralph (Tonya) Morgan; grandchildren Blane Morgan and Shelby Morgan; nephew, Ryan Stack; sisters Virginia (George) Parks, Mary Carol (Earl) Turner; and numerous nieces and nephews. Garrison, a husband, son, KELSEY WAYNE GARRISON school, during which time he competed in the state high jump competition, cross country, basketball and rodeo. Garrison had a passionate love for tie- down roping. He received a rodeo scholarship to South Plains College and roped at West Texas A&M in Canyon, Texas, where he graduated. Garrison continued roping on the pro circuit. Rodeo was his passion. Garrison lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures. He owned and operated KGMS, a custom harvest business. He also managed his cow-calf operation. He took pride in his work and always gave his best effort in all endeavors. On June 17, 2017, Kelsey married the love of his life, Brooklynde Parks, in Breckenridge, Texas. The couple first made a home in Canyon, Texas, and later moved to Dumas. On Dec. 8, 2019, Kelsey was baptized at his home church, First Street Church in Dumas, Texas, surrounded by loved ones. Garrison was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Red and Lorene Garrison, and his maternal grandfather, Willaird Moore. Garrison is remembered by his loving wife, Brooklynde Garrison; parents, Jed and Kelly Garrison; sister, Haley Garrison, and Garrison brother, uncle and friend to many, was born on July 26, 1985, in Amarillo, Texas, to Jed and Kelly Garrison. Harry Eugene Noble, a former PRCA saddle bronc rider, pickup man, rodeo judge

and Gold Card member, and a lifetime member of the Pendleton (Ore.) Round-Up Hall of Fame, was born on June 7, 1930, in Klamath Falls, Ore., to parents Willard and

Helen C. (Vorce) Noble. He passed away Jan. 15 at his home in Hermiston, Ore. He was 89. Noble was raised in the Langell Valley on a ranch. His folks transported him to Bonanza to school, where he graduated. After graduating, he went to work for Campbell and Gerber Ranches in Bly, Ore., until joining the Navy in 1950. He was stationed on a Sea Plane Tender in the Pacific for two years before requesting a tour of duty in Hawaii for his last two years. While stationed in Hawaii, he played polo, shod horses and helped organize a rodeo there. After being discharged in 1954, he rodeoed, competing in the Pendleton Round- Up, where he met his bride to be and love of his life, Helen Maxine Steagall, at the Happy Canyon Dance. They were married Nov. 14, 1954, in her hometown of Irrigon, Ore. They settled on the Noble Ranch in the Langell Valley, where he rode colts, raised cattle and traveled to rodeos. They had two daughters, Jody and Jerita. His rodeo accomplishments in his 45 years of competition included championships in Hawaii, the last Northwest Bucking Championship in 1954 that was held at the Pendleton Round-Up, several RCA saddle bronc riding championships and NRA Year End Saddle Bronc Championships (1969-71). He worked as a pickup man for Christensen Brothers and Howells Rodeo Stock Contractors and judged rodeos. He put on roughstock schools and worked with BMCC, Eastern Oregon andWalla Walla College roughstock teams in his arena. He was a member of the Elks for more than 40 years, Friends of Rodeo and Christian Cowboys. He was blessed with family and friends that helped him after his horse accident that led to his leg amputation in 2011 to get back in the saddle again.
