DeVere Helfrich photo CASEY TIBBS : Legendary ProRodeo Hall of Famer Casey Tibbs gets prepared to compete at the inaugural 1959 National Finals Rodeo at the Dallas State Fair Grounds. Tibbs won his final world championship and his ninth overall when he took home the saddle bronc riding crown. Tibbs returned to rodeo in 1959 after a four year absence to work in movies and TV.
